Check In/Registration
Registration will open at 3 pm Thursday and closes at 6 pm at the Ewalt Building located next to the Wine Valley Inn on Market Street. When checking in, you will recieve a special dash card that will expedite your entry Saturday morning. These dash cards will also be available for those who pre-registered prior to event day.
We will also have the full merchandise table set up.
Welcome Reception
The welcome reception will be held at the Wine Valley courtyard at 7 pm until you drop. Finger food will be available for those who attend.
Friday, April 27th
For those who are going on the Zipline Tour, meet at the Wine Valley Inn courtyard at 9:00 am. You need to be pre-registered for this event.
Check In/Registration continues at 3pm until 6pm. Same as Thursday.
Friday Night Kick Off
Details are still unfolding about our Friday night kick off concert. Hopefully we will soon be able to divulge all the details about the location and time of the concert as well as the talent so stay tuned.
Saturday April 28th
The streets need to be cleared by 6 am so we can set up the show.....this includes those folks that are staying at B&B's located on the show route. Please help us by remembering this very important detail.
Registration opens at 8 am. Groups that wish to park together need to arrive together. Registration cost is $25 (you may save some time checking in by printing off the registration form found on our home page)
Car Show - 8:00am-3:30pm - nothing competitive here, just drive in, get out, hang out, and enjoy.
Officially licensed Ford and Shelby merchandise will be available as well as official Shelbyfest merchandise. Cars will enter from 4th street off of Market St (hwy 19).
This year we will have our pancake breakfast Saturday morning right in front of Wings-A-Blazin at 8 am. Hosted once again by Chris Cakes pancakes, don't miss your opportunity to "catch your breakfast", Chris Cakes style. For more information on Chris Cakes and the experience they provide, go to

12 pm - A "moment of horsepower" to honor those who have passed (a very moving experience).
5 pm - Cruise through the countryside prior to the banquet. Meet in Hermann Ford parking lot by 5 pm. The cruise will end at the Eagle Lodge at approximately 6 pm.
The Banquet

There will be no lengthy amounts of ceremony, only good food and plenty of time to socialize.
Location for the Saturday evening banquet will be the Eagles Lodge on Market Street (same location as 2009). Seating is limited so purchase your tickets when sending in your registration as there will be NO TICKETS AVAILABLE the day of the show.
5 pm - Doors open for cocktails (cash bar)
6:30 pm - Dinner is served.
9 pm - 3rd annual Shelbyfest Pub Crawl
Participants will buy in to the poker run for a small fee. Then they will receive a playing card to begin the run. We will lead the group through all the pubs in downtown Hermann where each will receive another playing card. The person with the best hand at the end of the night is the winner and will receive half of the money collected with the other half going to our chosen charity. Rules will be announced at the beginning of the run.
