Meet at Loutre Shore Golf Club at 8:30AM. There will be a shotgun start. Tee time is set to 9AM. The cost for the Shelbyfest Golf Classic is $25 per player. You do not need to be pre-registered but it helps us to inform the golf course the number of players. Contact Kyle at mustangfever@gmail.com to let him know you intend on playing.
Check In/Registration
Registration will open from 2PM until 5PM Thursday, at the Ewald Building located on Market Street next to the Wine Valley Inn. When checking in, you will receive a special dash card that will expedite your entry Saturday morning. These dash cards will also be available for those who pre-registered prior to event day.
Welcome Reception
The welcome reception will be held at the Wine Valley courtyard from 6:30 pm until you drop. We will have a light dinner available. This is open to everyone but pre-register so we can have an idea of the number of people who will be in attendence. The deadline to pre-register is April 11th.
Friday, April 26th
Country Cruise
The Country Cruise will depart at 1PM and return at approximately 3:30PM. This will take the place of the Saturday cruise. The gathering point will be Riverfront Park located off of 1st street (Hwy 100). Please be at the park no later than 12:45. The cruise will be canceled in the event of rain.

Friday Night Kick Off
We will be returning to the Concert Hall above the Barrel Bar. Festivities will commence around 7pm. There will be live music and plenty of other fun stuff going on. Str8Arrow from Jefferson will play from 8p-12a.
Saturday April 27th
Show opens at 8AM
Groups that wish to park together MUST arrive together. Registration cost is $25 (you may save some time checking in by printing off the registration form found on our home page).

Note – Your registration packet will include a Shelbyfest window decal. We encourage everyone to slap these on as soon as you get parked. We will be choosing a numbered registrant at random sometime around 1pm to receive a nice surprise.
All cars including show cars must be cleared from the streets (Fourth St. and Schiller St.) by 6:00 AM the day of the event to allow for proper vendor set up, even if you are staying at a lodger within the show grounds.
Car Show - 9:00AM – 3:30PM
There is nothing competitive here, just drive in, get out, hang out, and enjoy. Official licensed Ford, Shelby and Shelbyfest merchandise will be available. Cars will enter from 4th street off of Market St (State Route 19).
10AM – “Wake up sleepy heads” – sound your horn for 30 seconds to make sure everyone is at the show.
12PM - A "Moment of Horsepower" is to honor our brothers and sisters who have passed (a very moving experience).
5.0 Adult Horse Power Hour/Banquet 5:00PM
Join us at the Eagle Hall (directly across from the Ewald building) for our social hour prior to the banquet. A silent auction will be setup.
Seating is limited and Pre-Registration is a MUST. Tickets must be presented at the door to enter for the dinner. NO TICKETS Will Be AVAILABLE the day of the show.
Annual Shelbyfest Charity Pub Crawl
The starting point will be at the Eagle Hall on the first floor at 8:30PM to get your first card & get assigned a team leader. A team leader will lead the group through all the pubs in downtown Hermann where each will draw a playing card, team leader will write your card on your score card then initial your scoring card. Top 3 hands at the end of the night will receive a portion of the pot. Please be at the Wine Valley Inn by 1:00 AM to claim Prizes. Most establishments offer drink specials, this is a truly unique experience. We will be finishing our pub crawl this year at the Concert Hall above the Barrel Bar where we will have live music from 11pm-1a.
A portion of the proceeds from the pub crawl will go to our charitable partner, Mystical Build for Cancer.
Rules for the Pub Crawl:
Cost to enter: $20.00 per hand. You may purchase additional cards at the time of entry. You will receive ONE Score card per hand. When you get to the bar, go to your team leader to pull your card and have each of your score cards signed by the team leader. Your playing card will be returned to the team leader and all cards will be put back in the deck for the next bar. You will not be hanging onto the playing card, you will have a score card you will hang on to until the end of the night.
