Check In/Registration
Registration will open at 3 pm Friday, at the Wine Valley Inn courtyard located on 4th street. When checking in, you will recieve a special dash card that will expedite your entry saturday morning. These dash cards will also be available for those who pre-registered prior to event day.
We will also have the full merchandise table set up.
4:30 pm - Martinsburg cruise in. For those interested, meet in the Hermann Ford parking lot to caravan 35 minutes to Martinsburg MO for their annual cruise in. It's a casual cruise in with supervised burn outs at the end of the show. The cruise in lasts from 5-8pm.
Friday Night Kick Off Concert

Join the fun at the Hermann Ampitheater located at the corner of 4th street and Guttenburg. Live music by central Missouri's hottest rock and blues revue, the Blues Deville Band, will start at 7:30pm. Don't miss this opportunity to kick off your Shelbyfest experience in style. Shelbyfest is always a unique experience. Combine that with the Blues Deville Band and an appearance on stage by a special guest (sorry folks, we're not telling), and 2010 is sure to go down in the record books.
Gates open at 6pm. Admission is $5 at the gate. Have dinner via three food vendors serving BBQ, brats, and Hot Wings. More details on the food vendors coming soon.
The Hermann area Chamber of Commerce will be serving a full selection of alcoholic beverages so no coolers allowed inside the Ampitheater.
Saturday April 24th
Registration opens at 8am. Groups that wish to park together need to arrive together. Registration cost is $25 (you may save some time checking in by printing off the registration form found on our home page)
Car Show - 9:00am-3:30pm - nothing competitive here, just drive in, get out, hang out, and enjoy.
Officially licensed Ford and Shelby merchandise will be available as well as official Shelbyfest merchandise. Cars will enter from 4th street off of Market St (hwy 19).
If you intend on pulling on the dyno, please check in with the dyno after you park your car. We hope to begin Dyno pulls at 9am. We will go in the order of those who sign up.
10 am - Classic Design Concepts will be on hand selling and installing their products on site. This is your chance to get that light bar for your convertible you have been waiting for.....
12 pm - A "moment of horsepower" to honor those who have passed (a very moving experience).
3:30 pm - Awards presentation at the corner of 4th and Schiller
5:30 pm - Cruise through the countryside prior to the banquet. Meet in Hermann Ford parking lot.
Location for the saturday evening banquet is currently being finalized so check back for details.
6:30 pm - Dinner is served. This year's dinner will be a ribeye steak meal with potatoes, salad, and dessert. Water, iced tea, and lemonade will come with the meal however a full cash bar will be available.

Pancake Breakfast - 8am - ??
This is open to the public. Hosted by Chris Cakes, this breakfast is the most entertaining way to have breakfast since you have to "catch your pancakes". That's right. catch your breakfast. Chris Cakes has flipped pancakes all over the country from Carroll Shelby's birthday party to major political events. They will flip pancakes until he runs out of batter so come on out.
The suggested donation is $5.
