Event Info

Thursday April 24th
If you are in town, stop by the Wine Valley Inn, call Kyle or send him a text (you will receive his cel number in your registration email confirmation), and he will get you your registration packet. This will save you some time Saturday morning getting into the show. Kyle will be available from 3pm-10pm.

Friday April 25th
9am - The Shelbyfest Golf Classic tees off at the Loutre Shore Country Club located 3 miles north of Hermann on Highway 19. Check in will begin at 8:15.

1pm - 9pm - Registration is open. Pick up your registration packet at the Wine Valley Inn.

3:30pm - Cruise Through The Country. Weather permitting, those that wish to participate will gather in the Hermann Ford parking lot for a cruise through the Missouri wine country. We will lead you on the twisting and turning roads to include views of the Missouri river valley. Mother nature has prevented us from making this happen the last couple of years so this has to the charm.



5pm - Welcome reception. Gather with us at the Wine Valley Inn banquet room and courtyard to hook up with your friends and say hello to the event staff. There will be hors d'oeuvre and refreshments and yes, you can pick up your registration packet while you're there.




Saturday April 26th

It's Showtime

9am - The Show Opens
If this is your first visit to Shelbyfest, welcome and thank you for being a part of the Shelbyfest family. If you are returning, thank you. Your presence means a lot to us and we appreciate the fellowship and atmosphere you have helped to create.

For you newbies, there is no judging, only mustang and Shelby enthusiasts anxious to see each others cars, mingle with the show sponsors and vendors, and make new lifelong friends. The message here is wash it or don't wash it, detail your car until it shines so much it burns retinas or leave it the way it is, either way, you'll have a blast.

12pm -  A Moment Of Horsepower - a Shelbyfest tradition created a few years ago by one of our own, this is our way of paying tribute to those that are no longer with us. This is a very stirring moment and wonderfully bombastic sonic assault on the senses.

3pm - Show Wrap Up - Time to clear the streets and get ready to have a good time. The Shelbyfest banquet starts at 5pm. 

5pm - Banquet - The banquet is located across Market Street (Hwy 19) at the Eagles Lodge (enter through the front and proceed to the 2nd floor). A full bar will be available so enjoy a cocktail or beverage to unwind and socialize. Seating is limited and Pre-Registration is a MUST. Tickets must be presented at the door to enter for the dinner. NO TICKETS Will Be AVAILABLE the day of the show.


6pm - Dinner is served. 


Sunday, April 27th - Everyone please travel safe and come back and see us.







 
Groups that wish to park together MUST arrive together. Registration cost is $25 (you may save some time checking in by printing off the registration form found on our home page).
